Chief Casca Ogosu is an Applied Scientist and a seasoned technocrat, administrator, environmentalist, and Public Relations Practitioner of international repute. He graduated with a B.Sc Second Class Honors in Agronomy, from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt in 1987. After a brief period as a tutor of Integrated Science and Agricultural Science at Government Secondary School Onne, he was appointed the Press Secretary and Head of Public Relations in the old Tai/Eleme Local Government Council of Rivers State in 1991, where he was till 1993, when he gained employment as the Community Relations Officer of defunct NAFCON and retired in 2004. As a one-time Chairman of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Rivers State Chapter, a member of the Association of African Public Relations Practitioners, and currently a member of the governing council of the NIPR in Nigeria, Chief Ogosu who is widely traveled within and outside the country, will bring to practice his wealth of experience that spanned over Twenty-Five years, as a good relationship manager to bear on the business. He is ably assisted by a cream of highly specialized management team, who are well trained, reliable, and skillful workforce.

Dr. Dorothy Casca-Ogosu is a specialist in Development Communication and Public Relations. She is a linguist, a versatile communicator, and a Certified Public Relations Professional with decades of experience in PR research, interpersonal relationships, community relations, and corporate communication.
Dr. Casca-Ogosu is the company’s Vice-Chairman and holds a traditional women’s leadership role in her community, boasting extensive contacts within government and traditional communities in the State. She is a proven crisis manager and has participated in numerous professional conferences both domestically and internationally.
ROBERT OGOSU(MNCS)
Managing Director
Roberts Ogosu is a dedicated and result-driven entrepreneur, business promoter, and trade facilitator with extensive experience in business development, identifying areas of business growth opportunities, and implementing new trade development initiatives and frameworks.
With almost 2 decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, construction, Information Technology, Maritime Industry, and Public Service, Roberts Ogosu has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that the business industry faces in today’s rapidly evolving landscape.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from the University of Port Harcourt in Nigeria, a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Business Information Technology from London Academy of Management Science, London, England, and a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from the University of Gloucestershire in Cheltenham, England.

Head, Business Development, International Relations and Recruitment
Engr. Chunda Casca-Ogosu is an Environmental Expert and a seasoned Engineer who hails from Onne in Eleme Local Government Area of Rivers State. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt, Choba, with a major in Environmental Engineering. After a cumulative period of over 12 years with CAT construction as a Site Engineer at the Onne Oil and Gas Free Zone, Kaygril Services as a Safety Trainer, and Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas Company in Bonny Island as a Fire and Safety Engineer, He proceeded to Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland where he bagged a Masters (MSC) in Energy and Environmental Management (Oil and Gas) in 2015. Engr. Chunda later joined Notore Chemical Industries Plc Onne as a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Supervisor and led Environmental Monitoring and Compliance, Fire Emergency Response, and General Employee Safety Training Facilitator amongst other duties.
Chunda is a trained Business Analyst, Career Counsellor, and trainer. He is also a registered Engineer with COREN and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers Bonny branch, an Associate Member of Nigerian Environmental Society Port Harcourt branch, an Alumni Member of National Society of Black Engineers, and a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths (STEM) Ambassador West of Scotland, and also an ISO Champion with ISO45001:2018 and ISO14001:2015 certifications. Engr Chunda is currently a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a PhD researcher on Energy Efficiency of Buildings at Glasgow Caledonian University Scotland. He is also the current Postgraduate Research Rep for the School of Computer, Engineering, and Built Environment at the Institution.
Chunda, who is widely traveled within and outside the country, will bring to practice his wealth of experience as a professional engineer and an environmentalist, ably assisted by a cream of highly specialized management team and a highly trained, reliable, and skillful workforce.
OLUWAFUNMILAYO ADESEMOYE (ACIPM)

Oluwafunmilayo Adesemoye ACIPM is the Human Resources Manager at WRA. She oversees the organization’s HR Department where her responsibilities include planning, execution, and evaluation of Employee Relations as well as HR policies, programs, and practices. Funmi has over 5 years of experience in personnel planning, compensation and benefits, recruitment, conflict management performance, and reward management.
Funmi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD), and a Master’s Degree in Peace, Conflict, and Security Studies from Rivers State University.
She is an Associate Member of the prestigious Chattered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM)

Ebuta Nkim Osowo is a Data Specialist with over 10+ years of experience in the design, operation, and maintenance of technology products. His expertise ranges from data analytics, statistical analysis, business intelligence, software development, web design, database administration, IT infrastructure management, geospatial analysis, GIS mapping, digital technologies, technical support, and IT advisory solutions that promote business operations and productivity.
He is adept at implementing business strategies and technology solutions while ensuring data compliance and protection. He possesses strong, technological, analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to maintain a high degree of stakeholder management. He is passionate about data-driven systems, technology, digital transformation, business management, product management, and organizational change.
He has an M.Sc in Business Intelligence and Analytics (Business Information Systems) from the University of Westminster, London, UK, and has won Best Staff consecutively for personal work ethic, teamwork, leadership, and management abilities.
